I am humbled and honored to service you as your Director of the Bureau of Women’s Affairs. It is our goal to implement innovative solutions to further enhance and improve the opportunities and status of women on Guam as well formalizing programs that support the well being of their families.

We will continue to update your website and welcome your comments and suggestion that will better service our women on Guam and aboard. I know that collaboration and sharing of information is a must in leading the way to a positive outlook to reality.

I believe that women must channel combined energies and use our collective abilities to empower others. We must teach that empowerment is a two step process. As we climb, we must also lift.
